Here\u2019s a useful checklist to make sure that you don\u2019t miss any of the major aspects related to the property itself, setting the rent, choosing the tenant, and managing the property.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"h2_0\" >Ensure the property is in good repair<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li><strong>General condition<\/strong>.
