From the first salary to family expenses, through the first rent, alone and later as a couple, delve into the great adventures of household budgeting.<\/p>\n

Once upon a time, a young man became aware of his first salary.
\n\u201c\u20ac3,500, it\u2019s too much!\u201d
\n\u201cGross or net?\u201d
\n\u201cGross or net, it\u2019s basically the same, isn\u2019t it?\u201d
\n\u201cOK\u2026\u201d
\nSo, he started deducting his social contributions and taxes<\/strong><\/span><\/a> to figure out what he would get by the end of the month. But since he still lived with his parents, the calculator was quickly put back in the cupboard. Oh, careless youth!<\/p>\n

One day, he wanted to seek his independence and an apartment:
\n\u201c3 rooms, a rent of \u20ac1,900\u2026it goes quickly with my salary of \u20ac2,800 net!\u201d
\nIn this case, it was the real estate agent who invited him to review his plan. The loft was nice, but the rent shouldn\u2019t exceed a third of his salary.
\nAs for the rest, since he lived alone, the \u201ccalculation\u201d was simple:
\n\u201cYes, savings, I\u2019ll consider that tomorrow\u2026\u201d<\/p>\n

But a new budgetary step was awaiting our young worker. At last, he and his other half\u2026
\nAh, love! The flowers, sun, childlike giddiness. Yes, but love also requires a housing savings plan<\/strong><\/span><\/a>, a full shopping trolley and, sooner or later, an additional room and a budget for cr\u00e8che. Foresight becomes necessary, you should PRI-OR-I-TISE!
\n\u201cCan we attach a baby seat to this motorbike? If not, I\u2019m selling it\u2026\u201d<\/p>\n

As a couple, the great novelty is that there\u2019s often two sources of income. So, if certain expenses increase, so does the budget. Everything\u2019s dandy! Nothing changes for housing: 30% is fine, in purchase credit or rent.
\nIf new expenses pop up, we try to save money:

\n\u201cOf course, flowers are lovely! Plus, we\u2019re saving by paying energy bills as a couple.\u201d (5%)<\/p>\n

On the other hand, when a little bundle of joy with blond hair arrived<\/strong><\/span><\/a>, soon followed by a little brother, the \u201cconsumer goods\u201d budget began to grow as well. One, two, three, then four mouths to feed and dress, you have to anticipate daily spending! At about 20%, this constitutes the second most important household expenditure.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe little one has a toothache with the onset of fever\u2026\u201d
\n\u201cCan we wait until we get back from our holidays, or do you know of a good dentist in Tokyo?\u201d
\nFor some healthcare costs, especially in the case of slight injuries abroad, taking additional health coverage isn\u2019t a bad idea. (10%)<\/p>\n

The couple makes yet another calculation:
\n\u201cDid you put fuel in the car?\u201d (15%)
\n\u201cCheck! Did you make a deposit into the savings account?\u201d (10%)
\n\u201cCheck! We have a standing order for that, you know!\u201d
\nAnd the loop was completed, the budget budgeted.
\nHow do we make this budget? Equal or proportional to wages? And for \u201cpersonal\u201d purchases, like your golf permit? A full joint account or personal account, despite everything? For these questions, we\u2019ll reply that there are two schools: those who\u2026 No, in fact there is none. In this regard, it\u2019s up to you to figure out things based on your circumstances, income, desires and beliefs. For that, there aren\u2019t any rules.<\/p>\n

This article, for what it\u2019s worth, merely exposes the main areas of expenditure<\/strong><\/span><\/a>. This simulation does not describe the absolute truth, but it presents percentages generally accepted as reasonable for determining the budget of a couple.<\/p>\n

In conclusion? They say that money doesn\u2019t buy happiness\u2014but a well-managed budget should at least, in theory, contribute to it. Live happily!<\/p>\n

Du premier salaire aux d\u00e9penses familiales, en passant par le premier loyer, seul puis en couple, plongez dans la grande aventure du budget du m\u00e9nage.<\/p>

Il \u00e9tait une fois le jeune, prenant connaissance de son premier salaire :
- \u00ab 2.800 \u20ac c\u2019est top ! \u00bb
- \u00ab Brut ou net ? \u00bb
- \u00ab C\u2019est toi la brute ! Brut ou net, c\u2019est quasiment pareil non ? \u00bb
- \u00ab OK\u2026 \u00bb
Alors, il commen\u00e7a \u00e0 d\u00e9duire les cotisations sociales et imp\u00f4ts pour savoir ce qu\u2019il obtiendrait vraiment \u00e0 la fin du mois. Mais comme il vivait encore chez ses parents, la calculette fut vite rang\u00e9e au placard. \u00d4 jeunesse insouciante !<\/p>

Un jour, il voulut prendre son ind\u00e9pendance et donc un appartement :
- \u00ab 3 pi\u00e8ces, 1.200 \u20ac de loyer\u2026 \u00e7a passe easy avec mon salaire de 2.300\u20ac net ! \u00bb
L\u00e0, c\u2019est l\u2019agent immobilier qui l\u2019invita \u00e0 revoir son plan.
Il \u00e9tait chouette ce loft, mais le loyer ne devrait pas exc\u00e9der un tiers du salaire.
Pour le reste, comme il vivait seul, le \u00ab calcul \u00bb \u00e9tait simple :
- \u00ab Oui l\u2019\u00e9pargne, je verrai \u00e7a demain\u2026 \u00bb<\/p>

Mais une nouvelle \u00e9tape budg\u00e9taire attendait notre jeune actif. Enfin lui ET sa moiti\u00e9\u2026
Aaah l\u2019amour ! Les fleurs, le soleil, les rires enfantins. Oui mais l\u2019amour, c\u2019est aussi le plan d\u2019\u00e9pargne logement, un caddie bien rempli et bient\u00f4t la chambre en plus et le budget cr\u00e8che. Pr\u00e9voyance est de mise, il faut PRI-O-RI-SER !
- \u00ab On peut fixer un si\u00e8ge b\u00e9b\u00e9 sur la moto ? Sinon je la revends\u2026 \u00bb<\/p>

En couple, la grande nouveaut\u00e9 c\u2019est qu\u2019il y a souvent deux sources de revenus. Donc, si certaines d\u00e9penses augmentent, le budget grandit lui aussi. Tout va bien !
On ne change rien pour le logement : 30 % c\u2019est bien, en cr\u00e9dit d\u2019achat ou en loyer.
Si de nouvelles d\u00e9penses apparaissent, on essaye quand-m\u00eame de faire des \u00e9conomies :
- \u00ab Des fleurs sur un balcon\u2026 T\u2019es s\u00fbre ? \u00c7a va entamer notre budget loisirs ! \u00bb (10%)
- \u00ab Mais si, c\u2019est beau les fleurs ! En plus, on \u00e9pargne en payant les factures d\u2019\u00e9nergie \u00e0 2 ! \u00bb (5%)<\/p>

En revanche, lorsque survint un heureux \u00e9v\u00e8nement \u00e0 t\u00eate blonde, bient\u00f4t suivi de son petit fr\u00e8re, le budget \u00ab consommation courante \u00bb se mit \u00e0 faire des petits, lui aussi. 1, 2, 3 puis 4 bouches \u00e0 nourrir et habiller, il vaut mieux anticiper les consommations courantes ! A pr\u00e8s de 20%, elles constituent clairement le deuxi\u00e8me foyer de d\u00e9penses le plus important d\u2019un m\u00e9nage.<\/p>

- \u00ab Le petit a une rage de dent avec pouss\u00e9e de fi\u00e8vre\u2026 \u00bb
- \u00ab \u00c7a peut attendre qu\u2019on rentre de vacances ou tu connais un bon dentiste sur Tokyo ? \u00bb
Pour certains frais de sant\u00e9, notamment en cas de bobos \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tranger, prendre une couverture sant\u00e9 compl\u00e9mentaire n\u2019est pas une mauvaise id\u00e9e. (10%)<\/p>

Le couple refit une ultime fois son calcul :
- \u00ab Tu as mis de l\u2019essence dans la voiture ? \u00bb (15%)
- \u00ab Check ! Tu as fait un versement sur le compte \u00e9pargne ? \u00bb (10%)
- \u00ab Check, on a un ordre permanent pour \u00e7a, tu sais ! \u00bb
Et la boucle f\u00fbt boucl\u00e9e, le budget budg\u00e9t\u00e9.
On fait comment pour la constitution de ce budget ? A parts \u00e9gales ou proportionnelles au salaire ?<\/p>

Et pour les achats \u00ab perso \u00bb, comme votre licence de golf ? Compte-joint int\u00e9gral ou compte personnel malgr\u00e9 tout ? A ces questions, nous vous r\u00e9pondrons qu\u2019il y a deux \u00e9coles : ceux qui\u2026
Non, en fait il n\u2019y en a aucune. A ce sujet, c\u2019est \u00e0 vous de voir, selon votre situation, vos revenus, vos envies et vos convictions. Pour \u00e7a, il n\u2019y a pas de r\u00e8gles.<\/p>

Cet article, pour sa part, se contente d\u2019exposer les principaux foyers de d\u00e9penses. Cette simulation ne d\u00e9crit pas LA V\u00e9rit\u00e9, mais elle pr\u00e9sente des proportions g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement admises comme raisonnables, pour \u00e9tablir le budget d\u2019un couple.<\/p>

BLOC FLOTTANT:
La conclusion ? Il se dit que l\u2019argent ne fait pas le bonheur, mais un budget bien g\u00e9r\u00e9 devrait \u00e0 priori quand-m\u00eame un peu y contribuer.
